How do I pay?
Credit cards & our secure system
Using your credit card online is by far the most convenient method of payment. Lengends.nz will accept Visa or MasterCard payments through our easy to use and secure payments system. This website uses an E-way payment gateway and a 128 bit SSL certificate.
Phone
You can choose to complete your purchase offline. Just give us a call on (09)8388036. You will receive confirmation of your order by return email or phone call.
Internet Banking
You can pay via internet banking, please quote your invoice number as a reference when making the deposit.
Post a Cheque
If you want to pay by cheque, pick the 'cheque' payment option, print out your invoice twice and then post your cheque with one copy of the invoice to:

Orders paid by personal or company cheque must clear before the order can be sent.
Lay-by policy
We require a deposit of 30% of the value of the sale item (minimum)
- The lay-by period must be no longer than 12 weeks (this can be extended on some items, please contact us for details)
- Regular payments must be made every two weeks
- Lay-bys not paid for by the due date will be returned to stock and no refunds will be given
- A termination fee of 30% applies (or your initial deposit) you must contact us to let us know your intention within two weeks of your last payment.
Do you post internationally?
Yes, we post to many countries around the world, please contact us for a quote to your location.
How long does my order take to arrive?
We use NZpost and courier post to deliver items nationally and Internationally to you.Please feel free to contact us regarding delivery times, many of our items are kept in stock, others need to be ordered, some need to be framed. These variables mean that delivery times may vary from item to item but is usually from 1-3 weeks. Smaller items in stock will take only 3 days, a tracking number is provided for all purchases and insurance is included.
Can items be returned?
If you receive incorrect or faulty goods, you must lodge a request for return within seven (7) days of receipt of the goods. We will then arrange for a refund or replacement. Please quote your invoice number in all correspondence.
Do you provide refunds?
If your product is faulty, has become unavailable, or the quoted time for delivery has elapsed, we are happy to grant a refund on these grounds. However, it is important that you choose your items carefully as we do NOT provide refunds if you have received what you asked for but simply changed your mind.
